| 我做得呢個位，有時都會幫阿 ger 請新人，但眼見好多求職者大部份都真係不知所謂，令我漸漸明白同體會到做 recruiter o既苦況。 有幾不知所謂？以下列出幾點常見o既，還望各位求職者可作為借鏡： 1. 求職信及履歷表o既格式及外觀密密麻麻、排位亂七八糟、字體過大/過細、分段不清不楚擠埋一齊 ....... (一日睇幾十封求職信o既 recruiter 邊會有心機睇？畀著我見到就想掉咗佢！睇都唔想睇！) 2. 求職信及履歷表文法及串法 (英文) 錯得離譜。唔係要求好勁o既英文，但都起碼要行文通順流暢丫。如果真係唔識串o既，就唔該查下字典先喇！ 3. 當 recruiter 打電話畀你約見工時，就算果刻唔方便 (甚至未瞓醒)，都唔該，唔該清清喉嚨，提起精神先應電話。約咗個時間、地點時，臨尾都應該再 double confirm 多次。甚至可以問埋：「撘車點去」、「公司大概o既業務性質」等，畀人覺得你對呢份工幾有誠意。呢 d 絕對加分o架！ 4. 如果萬一約見工時你唔想去 in，或者請咗你之後你唔想去做呢份工，都請你至少打個電話通知下 recruiter / 僱主。呢個世界好細，尤其是如果你集中搵一個行業o既工作，第時再撞返o既機會都唔細o架。所以幾時都留返個好印象畀人，絕對有益冇壞。 5. 最後到正式見工果日，準時執正正去見當然唔少得啦~ 我都見過唔少著到 「lau lau 搞搞」、遲大到，甚至放飛機唔出現o既求職者o架。 好多時 recruiter 決定請唔請一個人，o係見面前已經畀咗一半分。如果以上咁基本o既錯失你犯咗其中一項以上，而導致到搵唔到工就真係抵你死，千祈唔好呻經濟差！ |

| 真真悲哀！ 本來招聘刊物係畀一 d 待業 (想跳槽另作別論) o既人搵工，尤其果 d 失業無飯開o既人更加急需；而家竟然畀班阿婆阿伯大疊大疊拎黎當廢紙賣，賣得果一角幾毫都係想搵多兩粒飯食下！目的相同！ 你話悲哀咩？又真係好悲哀。但從另一方面睇，班阿婆阿伯o既行為其實唔係好o岩。呢 d 刊物係畀人搵工用，應該一人拎一份，呢個係公德心。但而家佢o地吼住 d 招聘刊物一擺出黎，就爭相搶奪一空，令到一 d 真係有需要搵工o既人喪失左睇呢本刊物求職o既機會。而出版商方面為應市場所需，可能會加大印刷量，結果造成浪費，有損環境 (印得越多，搶得越多) 。o係刊物上落廣告o既廣告商，所登o既廣告如果大部份都唔係畀人睇，佢o地所付出o既廣告費亦會變得毫無意義。 咁你話喇，佢o地為o左變賣得黎呢 $3，所帶黎既負面影響係咪好大先？仲有唔好忘記喎，變賣廢紙係畀 d 回收商作環保工業用，到頭來反而造成咁大o既浪費。係咪矛盾先？ 咁點解呢「罪惡o既 $3」對佢o地黎講咁重要呢？冇錯講到尾都係為o左 Ｓ 兩棟。所以，以前會用臨老「執紙皮」黎提醒 d 客要早早做好退休準備，睇完呢篇新聞後，我諗要改口為臨老「搶報紙」喇！  | |
